Information
These cards
were part of the Famicom Choco boxes. They contained chocolate and
1 card. They supposedly come from the box that promotes Super
Mario Bros. I'm not 100% sure about this though because the box
doesn't say anything about Zelda. But it's
the only box that describes these small game stickers.
These small cards are
referred to as "Game Seals/Stickers", and they have dual layers
that are sticky. They work as a game where you can play against each other.
According to the box, there are 30 types to collect. What
"types" mean I'm not sure of, because there are at least 50
different Zelda ones, and the Super Mario ones have also a
number above 30 as far as I can tell.
Link is
pictured on all of the cards with different equipment standing
next to various enemies.
He is inside dungeons that have different levels, ranging from 1 to 9. The highest one
I've seen so far is level 9-14.

Other pictures
This is
the backside of the box they supposedly came in. It describes
how the game works with the points. It only describes the Super
Mario Bros ones.
From an
old brochure by Lotte that contains information about different
snacks and treats.
